Before.

This house had small dormers that cramped the view of the creek and inappropriate old sliding glass doors.

After.

We built double wide dormers and added new windows and on the first floor replaced the nine foot sliders with large picture windows and flanking doors.

Upstairs in the expanded space created by the new dormers we added built-in beds with lots of storage.

The new window seats have a priceless view and are a favorite place for an afternoon nap.

Back on the ground we built a wind break for the bar-be-que in anticipation of a future outdoor kitchen.

Along the front of the house we added a simple deck finished with Ipe decking.

Back inside we tackled the peeling ceilings when we restored the walls and painted all the rooms on the second floor.

The second floor renovation will include a luxurious bathroom including a spa tub.
